I started the Library blog, InfoEagles, in the fall of 2006. Three and a half years later, I am finally promoting it without being embarrassed. The school supports the blog, and even links to it from our homepage.
Why a blog?
- To practice blogging so I can teach it better.
- To start conversations with the school community.
- To reflect.
- To post (share): reviews, new books, new rules, interesting research websites or videos, and pictures of the kids or school - they like that the best, but it brings up privacy issues.
- Library Teen Advisory Board - take over content
- Find a better template
- Increase readership
